Visionary
Seeds of Eden Mentoring Program was developed by Troi Hughes. Troi is a licensed QMHP-T and a visionary for developing, equipping and pouring into the life of youth in need of guidance and nurturing. He is a graduate of Norfolk State University, where during his time there, he played football and dived heavily in to the study of Psychology, graduating with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies. Troi has branded himself and the team he has cultivated as leaders and revolutionist, ready to guide the next generation in an impactful and thoughtful way.
At Seeds of Eden Mentoring, we seek to foster academic, emotional, and life-skill development through dedicated mentoring relationships. Our mission is to empower inner-city youth aged 7-17, enabling them to thrive in their communities and beyond.

This program addresses challenges such as poor academic performance, low confidence, and limited access to guidance. Community outreach goals include engaging local schools,
churches, and youth groups to increase awareness and participation. Long-term impact aims to cultivate
future leaders who reinvest in their communities.
